I’m a systemic registercoach & counselor, supporting individuals and organizations seeking clarity in complex challenges, guiding meaningful change, and navigating grief and loss.

My qualifications include certifications in Neuro‑Associative Conditioning (HealthBalance, 2008), Systemic Coaching (The Upstarted, 2024), Grief & Loss work (Academy for Coaching & Counselling, 2024), and foundational coaching credentials (Academy for Coaching & Counselling 2025). I took part in a 9 month Youth & School Counselling course (Academy for Coaching & Counselling, 2011) and I bring lived experience from intercultural life, neuro‑diversity (gifted/ADHD), and LGBTQIA+ support.

With a PhD from TU‑Eindhoven (2007) and a researcher role at HU’s Center of Expertise Smart Sustainable Cities, I merge research insight with coaching presence. This dual lens enables quick yet compassionate clarity—whether coaching individuals through personal transitions or helping organizations unpack deeper cultural and systemic patterns during change. Regarding training and workshops, I obtained my qualifications for higher education teaching (Education Design, Education Implementation, 2022, 2023).

I’m a member of LVSC and the International Association for Counseling. Alongside private clients, I lead change initiatives in sustainability, health, and human-environment interaction. My offers include individual sessions (in Utrecht or online), group coaching, and tailored organizational guidance.
