I am a systemic register coach, counselor & researcher, guiding individuals and organisations who seek clarity in complex challenges, wish to realise meaningful change, want to navigate grief and loss, and aim to (further) develop their leadership.

My qualifications include certifications in Life Coaching and Neuro-Associative Conditioning (HealthBalance, 2008), Systemic Coaching (The Upstarted, 2024), Grief & Loss Counseling (Academy for Coaching & Counselling, 2024), and foundational coaching and counseling (Academy for Coaching & Counselling, 2025). I also completed a 9-month Youth & School Counseling program (Academy for Coaching & Counselling, 2011). In addition, I bring lived experience from an intercultural life (intercultural family, 18 years living outside the Netherlands), neurodiversity (giftedness/ADHD), and engagement with the LGBTQIA+ community. I hold a PhD in the systemic understanding of self-organisation from Eindhoven University of Technology (2007). Regarding training and workshops, I obtained my higher education teaching qualifications in Education Design and Education Implementation (2022, 2023).

Alongside my independent practice, I work as a researcher and project leader at the Center of Expertise Smart Sustainable Cities at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, where I also occasionally teach. I integrate research insights and my leadership experience into my coaching, and vice versa. This layered perspective allows me to quickly uncover deeper cultural and systemic patterns during change, whether in supporting individuals through personal transitions or guiding organisations through transformation.

I work with a diverse, global clientele. Sessions take place at my practice in Utrecht or online via Zoom when abroad.

I’m a member of LVSC and the International Association for Counseling.
